- continue to provide impartial, independent, high quality and comprehensive information, advice, guidance and other support services to young people and adults
- support our customers to increase their skills and employability levels leading to increased participation rates in learning and work
- help all our customers maximise their potential through effective transition management and support, including those with learning difficulties or disabilities and regardless of gender, race, religious belief, sexual orientation and disability
- keep the Company financially viable whilst seeking controlled growth in new and existing markets
- re-position the Company as required to adapt to the changing commissioning and market environment
- become the lead provider for the south west of the Adult Careers Service from 2010
- pursue ‘buy in' by actively supporting the strategic objectives of partner agencies who may wish to commission services from us
- provide customers and commissioners with results and value for money services in line with needs assessments
- identify and action potential threats and opportunities that will emerge as we move forward.
