This 13-19 service is for all young people, giving 13-19 year olds independent impartial information, advice, guidance and practical help in preparing for adult and working life. Our purpose is to engage all our customers in learning and work. Personal advisers are based in our young people centres, schools and colleges, drop-in centres and many other youth organisations in your area.
