Recruitment service

We offer a FREE vacancy and recruitment service specifically for 16-19 year olds.

As part of this service we will:

• Help you find a suitable young person for your vacancy with an individual matching service and promotion through our vacancy bulletin and website.
• Advise on how to make your vacancy appeal to a range of young people to give your business the competitive edge.
• Help you find training providers specialising in your area of business.
• Signpost you to other organisations that may be able to help your business - for example Business Link in the South West, the local Education Business Partnerships and the Young People's Learning Agency.
• Discuss your specific needs and vacancy details including pay, hours, job requirements, and method of application.
• Advise on any other help that may be available to you or your young employees with regard to training.
• Keep in regular contact with you to ensure we fill your vacancy successfully.
• Advice on providing work experience to young people in education.
• Advise on the national web-based system for advertising Apprenticeships.

Your vacancy will be advertised on our website. In addition, vacancies are randomly selected and highlighted on our facebook and twitter pages.
