Next Step promotes the benefits of learning and work by providing comprehensive information to all adults aged 19+ and has already helped millions of people improve their working lives.

Next Step Careers advisers are professionally qualified and can give individual advice to help make the right choices about learning and work. The service is available online as well as through advisers on the telephone and face to face and is free to all adults, aged 19 and over, or aged 18 and over if a Jobcentre Plus customer.
