What we offer

Who we are

  • we work with 13 to 19 year olds, and can work with young people with disabilities up to age of 25
  • we work in partnership with many other agencies and professionals

We can help you with:

  • further education
  • training and employment opportunities
  • higher education
  • other sources of personal development and support

We support parents and carers by:

  • listening to them (sharing information with parents’ or carers’ consent)
  • participating in reviews in school if your son or daughter has special educational needs
  • providing information you need to support your son or daughter
  • taking part in open days and conventions, giving information about post-16 and post-18 opportunities
  • signposting them to support groups and programmes
