CCIS (Client Caseload Information System)

The CCIS (Client Caseload Information System) records every individual contact and group session contacts our Connexions customers and their parents and carers have with our Connexions Personal Advisers.

Populating the CCIS allows us to maintain contact with of all 13-19 year olds in Cornwall and Devon, and maps their personal progression through these important foundation building years.

The CCIS is populated with information supplied, under the Learning & Skills Act 2000, by schools and the local authority. Parents have the option to opt out if they do not want their children's details held on the database.
