13-19 IAG We provide a specialist careers and advisory service helping all 13-19 year olds to get into learning and work. All young people have access to an adviser whether that is through school or college, local centres or in youth or community groups.

Devon Education Business Partnership (DEBP) promotes and develops enterprise and work related learning initiatives linking schools and colleges with private and public sector businesses.

Investor in Careers (IiC) owned and administered by the Company - is a widely adopted accredited careers education kitemark standard that promotes the importance of raising quality, both regionally and nationally.

Next Step promotes the benefits of learning and work by providing comprehensive information to all adults aged 19+ and has already helped millions of people improve their working lives. Next Step Careers advisers are professionally qualified and can give individual advice to help make the right choices about learning and work. The service is available online as well as through advisers on the telephone and face to face and is free to all adults, aged 19 and over, or aged 18 and over if a Jobcentre Plus customer.

The next-step volunteer service aims to support and recruit people who wish to be volunteers working with disadvantage adults and children. next-step volunteer services have a number of projects running in Somerset including the ext-step volunteer bureau, Somerset 'You-can-Do', Out and About, Mental Health Services, Bus Buddy and All about Friends.
